A comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting, lovely walks and surrounded by lovely woods. The down side for us was the steep descent and accent from the property was a little daunting given our advanced age, we did manage to walk being reasonably fit for our ages, others may not be able to, it may be a help to others if this information was listedRead more on the advert. I would recommend the property to younger people we know. Hide

The property was tidy and clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we found it wasn't age, and disability friendly. The location was central for visiting Devon, just a shame about the lane, but for peace and quiet, just right.

A comfortable cottage on a working dairy farm which adds another dimension to the holiday. The welcome and friendliness of the hosts really made our stay as we were able to see the calves and cows throughout the week, great for the little ones. Lovely and peaceful, the location is great for day trips out to the beaches and other local attractions.

Wow what a wonderful week we had at the farm. The location is stunning and so much to see and do locally. Annette and family are lovely so welcoming and generous with their time. My son had a wonderful time fulfilling his dream of being a farmer. Could not have asked for better time. Plus the beds and sofa are super comfy. Will 100% go back.

A great holiday base in a really good and central location for the area. Cottage was extremely comfortable and homely and the opportunity to see the milking and new calves was amazing for our 2 year old grandson (and his mum and grandparents!). Even the dog enjoyed the outside space to run. We will be returning in the future.
