This property benefits from a stunning beach side location, with easy access down to the beach. Quiet Thurlestone village has a golf course, two beaches, a handy shop, and a popular pub/restaurant. The town of Dartmouth is 17 miles away, with its shops, water sports opportunities and a range of eateries. Nearby beaches included the popular Blackpool Sands and Salcombe. Plymouth is within a 45 minute drive, with the waterfront Barbican complex being a great place to spend an afternoon. This property enjoys a tranquil location, a short walk from the sea.

The lounge area, with its comfortable seating, Smart TV, has doors which open out onto the patio area with sea views. Just next door to the lounge, the kitchen/diner has a table seating four and is equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be found in the separate utility room, whilst there is also a convenient ground-floor cloakroom with WC. The property’s two bedrooms are on the first-floor, the first of which is a pleasant double and the other a twin. The bathroom has a shower with a washbasin and a separate WC.

The large enclosed garden has a long lawned area. There is also a patio area with picnic-bench style seating just outside the lounge which offers guests a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the views across to the sea.

A well appointed, cosy, comfortable, pet friendly house with beautiful views and large enclosed garden. Easy access to local walks. A little bit of tlc will make it perfect.

Great for family. I stayed at the hotel as a child so coming back is always a treat. Great for golfers, dogs and for swimming in the sea!

I cannot think of a single thing that would have made our holiday any better. House was spotless, had everything we needed, marvellous shower, comfy beds, great garden for the dogs, could not have been more perfect. The fact that we were allowed to postpone for a year because my mother and father in law died in quick succession was exceptional and Read morewe will always be grateful for the kindness. Lovely very well equipped house in huge dog friendly garden within walking distance of beach and pub in a lovely setting with sea views across the golf course we had a fabulous weeks holiday with our 2 golden retrievers ,come highly recommended

We gave been going to Delvers for over 30 years. The proof in the pudding is in the eating. Great location. Ideal for dog walkers. Great Sandy beaches.
