Looking out over Brixham harbour and the Torbay coastline, this late 18th century fisherman's cottage can sleep up to 7 persons. Available to let all year round, Kippy's Cottage is located beside the Quayside Hotel in King Street, which overlooks the inner and outer harbour.
Brixham can offer many leisure activities such as shopping and sight seeing and local restaurants, inside and outside swimming pools, Brixham has been a charming fishing port for centuries where Prince William of Orange landed in 1688. It is an ideal tourist centre with in easy reach of Dartmoor with its ponies and breathtaking scenery.
Brixham can also offer coastal paths and the Berry head area for walkers, or take a boat trip to Torquay where you can shop or see a show at the theatre, go to Paignton for the cinema, amusements and shops. Also Goodrington for the young family to play on the sand or use the water slides. After a nice day why not sit in the lounge of Kippy's cottage with a glass of wine and the sound of the local brass band playing in the old fishmarket.
Lounge includes a attractive bay windowed room, enjoying fantastic views of the harbour and Torbay coastline. Furnished with easy chairs, footstool, TV, CD radio and games cupboard.
Kitchen equipped with table and chairs for seating 6, cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom includes wash basin, with vanity mirror and shaving point, WC and bath and separate shower room.
- Bedroom 1 includes 1 double bed 1 single bed, dressing table and wardrobe looking out over harbour and bay.
- Bedroom 2 has 1 single bed with wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed, 1 single bed with wardrobe and dressing table with spectacular views.
