From the property, you’ll be within easy reach of the popular beaches at Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Beer. There are many attractions within half an hour's drive including Abbotsbury, Crealy, Bicton Park, the cathedral city of Exeter and numerous National Trust properties. It is also an idyllic spot from which to walk and spot birds within the Axe estuary’s nature reserve. The village of Kilmington is a 15-minute walk and boasts two local pubs serving food and a farm shop selling local produce. There is also an excellent homemade Indian takeaway service in the village. This single-storey barn conversion is found at the end of a long, private, unmade drive shared with the owner's neighbouring property. It has it's own access and sits within a peaceful countryside setting. As you enter the property, you will be greeted with the delightful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
