The market towns of Ilfracombe and Bideford are both close by, and the seaside town of Westward Ho! is a short drive away, offering two miles of golden sands. Other nearby attractions include the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, the family fun parks The Big Sheep and The Milky Way, and the market town of Bideford with its weekly pannier market. You can also visit Lundy Island, explore the Tarka Trail, Burton Art Gallery, Tamar Otter Park and the glorious beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde.

On entering this delightful single-level barn conversion, you will find yourself in the attractive and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen. With a TV/DVD and hi-fi, the welcoming and comfy lounge is an ideal space to relax in and offers lovely countryside views. The stylish and elegant kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a bright and traditional dining room with a TV. The property has two comfortable bedrooms; the first is a king room with a TV/DVD and an en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a charming king size zip and link room with TV/DVD (which can be made up as a twin on request). In addition, you will find a separate shower room complete with WC.

Stepping outside, you will find across the yard your own enclosed garden area with garden furniture, a BBQ and children’s play equipment, which is an ideal space for relaxing, playing in and enjoying the views.

Moos cottage is quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Liz and Brian are excellent hosts, who are friendly without being intrusive. The welcome pack of Milk, biscuits and wine were much appreciated.

Moos Cottage had everything we needed for a lovely week. We were made very welcome on arrival, the wine and cookies were very much appreciated. The dogs enjoyed playing in the garden, but the use of their fields was an added bonus. It's an ideal location to explore North Devon. We hope to be back soon

We stayed here from beginning of April2023 for a week. Our party consisted of four of us and our 5 dogs. The cottage was amazing, fully equipped with everything you could possibly want. Amazing views across the Devon countryside and within easy reach of dog friendly beaches, quaint towns and so much more.

Both Liz & Brian were such a lovely couple; nothing was too much trouble for them. The cottage was so clean, modern, even up to date nice decor, not cheap or tacky. There is nothing I can fault; from the washer to the beds. We shall certainly be booking again.

The only drawback but not a deal breaker is the garden is separate , so taking dogs out is across a short yard. The owners were very accommodating and we walked around theyre fields too. Stunning views.
