Situated in the grounds of a locally renowned inn, this bungalow is located in the very heart of Devon. The property is centrally located between Exmoor and Dartmoor, which are great for walking, riding and cycling and offer spectacular views. The nearby town of Crediton is lively and has a good range of shops and an indoor pool. The cathedral city of Exeter is a just a short drive away and has an abundance of attractions. Venturing further afield you could visit the beautiful sandy beaches of the north coast, or enjoy the delights of the English Riviera on the south coast.

On entering this terraced corner bungalow, you will find yourself in the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming and cosy lounge area offers a Smart TV and electric effect fire. The bright and attractive dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. Heading over to the elegant kitchen you will find everything you may need including oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing and drying facilities can be found in the neighbouring communal area. Exploring further you will find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. One is a double room with en-suite wet room and WC, while the other two are twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax in the patio area with an enclosed communal garden shared with the other properties in the complex. You will also have free use of the heated indoor swimming pool. The pool is open 7 days a week from 8am until 10pm, though is sometimes closed for private bookings. Public opening time tables and full information can be found on site. There are two nearby carp fishing lakes. You will also have access to numerous sports facilities including snooker tables, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children will love the large outdoor adventure playground, with zip slides, and the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, slides, climbing areas and its own coffee shop. Sports hall offering badminton, tennis, netball and football (charges apply)

The waie Inn cottages are all lovely. All well equipped and comfortable. I've been going for 10 years and stayed in all of them. The bunglaow is bright and airy, rooms are a great size and both bathrooms lovely. Beautiful walks around the place, then back to the pub for a lovely hot meal and pint of devon red. This is the second of what we expect to be many stays at Waie Inn and we cannot recommend it highly enough for a mid-winter stay. There is so much to do right at the Inn and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The cottage itself was brilliant, with all the facilities we needed.

A truly fantastic cottage. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Not one thing can I say apart from perfect. The staff were the best. Always smiling, always willing to be helpful and really seemed to love their job. A refreshing change for sure. Thank you so much for the WAIE we were treated.

The perfect family holiday, we were 5 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 2. There are so many things to occupy the kids and adults, we made use of the sports centre, swimming pool, soft play and outdoor play area, it's ideal whether the sun is shining or it's raining. The staff are so accommodating and helpful, we just loved it!

Brilliant location and great staff as always. We've stayed at the Waie Inn 7 times now but the first in this cottage. Will definitely book it again. Great food in the pub and great value for money so didn't cook any food ourselves which makes it an even better holiday. Sports hall, soft play and swimming pool all great too

Family of 6 with four under 10 and Waie corner was great. Brilliant and spacious cottage and activities onsite were great. We were allowed access to soft play and pool during Xmas day and Boxing Day and the staff were great all trip. Amazing location and well worth a visit.

Just stayed with my family, 5 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 1. The cottage was perfect, really cosy and fully equipped. The facilities were excellent and plenty to keep the children occupied. We also had breakfast and an evening meal at the onside pub which was really tasty, plenty of it and good value for money. Would definitely return.

A well equipped and clean cottage, within a great complex; if you are looking for a quiet get away this is for you, off the beaten tourist track but local to Dartmoor

We had an amazing time at the Corner House. The children throughly enjoyed swimming, soft play and the playground. The adults enjoyed the lovely food at the pub and the relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was very helpful during our stay. We look forward to coming again next year!!

Beautiful location but some of the surrounding roads/lanes very narrow and badly potholed. Need to get onto A roads as soon as possible. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was perfect and very good value for money. Very spacious, well equipped and clean accommodation and quiet. Would love to come again.
