If you love the seaside, you will fall in love with this property, and its fabulous location right on the beach at Westward Ho! This family friendly beach offers an amazing two mile wide stretch of sand, and is also popular with surfers, and in fact, North Devon Surf School is practically right on your doorstep if you fancy trying your hand at riding the waves. At the far end of the beach, Northam Burrows Country Park is a quiet oasis, and makes a lovely place to enjoy walks among the sand dunes. Also, within easy reach of the property, if you can tear yourself away from the beach, are the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, the harbour town of Bideford and the popular Milky Way Adventure Park.

There is no denying that the ocean is the star of this first floor apartment, and the owners have lovingly styled the property in order to compliment and make the most of the stunning views, with elegant and understated decoration. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is dominated by the huge windows which look out to see, and offers comfortable sofa seating, binoculars, contemporary accessories, a TV/DVD and access out to the spacious patio. Behind the lounge area, there is a dining table seating four, beyond which the kitchen area is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A handy utility cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, which are very useful for swimming costumes at the end of a day at the beach. There are two bedrooms in the apartment, the first of which is a king-size room which has floor to ceiling windows with ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC. It is possible to have an additional fold-out single bed made up in this room, which is suitable for a child and should be requested at time of booking. The second bedroom is a pretty twin room. There is also a shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, the property benefits from a spacious balcony which enjoys uninterrupted views across the beach and out to sea. Here, guests will find garden furniture, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals or relaxing with a drink as the sun sets. There is also a handy storage area for outdoor equipment which is located underneath the apartment building.

The appartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Best of all is its location with uninterrupted views out to sea. The balcony is huge and very private. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful apartment in stunning location... The views are simply breathtaking. To fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea is the ultimate chill out. Residents in the apartment block were so friendly. Sandra gave us a lovely welcome on our arrival and the welcome pack ... And bottle of wine ... Were a lovely gesture. Unbelievable location, views and accommodation. Just need to hit lucky with the weather but overall we didnt do too badly in that area either. Definitely would not hesitate to recommend this property as a great base for explore North Devon area and even further afield.

A wonderful apartment with breath-taking views! Sandra (Swift cleaning) gave a lovely warm welcome, the apartment is spacious and clean with everything you might need! This apartment is exceptional. Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and comfortable. There was a nice hospitality package of teabags, sugar, coffee, biscuits etc. The views from the large balcony were fantastic. Sandra was lovely, she met us with the keys and showed us around.
