Have a relaxing break in the Heart of Devon. 2 Holiday Cottages sleeping 6 and 8, available to let all year - per week or for three night breaks. Surrounded by peaceful countryside with panoramic views and set in 100 acres of farmland. Fishing is available on our large, attractive and secluded one acre trout lake which has been recently stocked with trout from 2lb to 10 lbs and is available exclusively to our guests.    Lake View Cottage

A newly built traditional stone three bedroom cottage with panoramic views overlooking the lake towards Exmoor. There is a sitting room, kitchen diner, shower room and bathroom with toilet and washbasin. Three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. There is oil fired central heating throughout and an open log fire and colour TV in the sitting room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Garden furniture is also included.

Spring Lake Cottage

Recently converted and furnished to provide a high standard of accommodation comprising 4 bedrooms. 2 double each with en-suite shower room and toilet. 2 twin rooms, family bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet. Separate w.c. downstairs. Large kitchen / breakfast room with automatic washing machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, double cooker and microwave. Dining room, large lounge with woodburner, colour TV and DVD player. Enclosed garden patio with furniture. Ample parking.

SITUATION We are situated in quiet countryside between the market towns of Holsworthy and Hatherleigh, in an ideal spot for touring the area or just relaxing in the peaceful surroundings.

THINGS TO DO The surfing beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay are within easy reach. Dartmoor National Park is close by and there are National Trust Properties, historic market towns and local attractions. Horse riding and pony trekking is available locally and there are three golf courses to choose from. Fishing is available on many lakes and the beautiful Tarka cycling trail is nearby.

PRICES PER WEEK
Lake View Cottage £230 - £585 per week or £160 - £400 for a three night break.
Spring Lake Cottage £370 - £950 per week or £240 - £620 for a three night break.

Bed linen included and £15 of fuel for the open fires. Prices vary according to season.
