This family run sheep and beef farm is set in the quiet countryside. Our 17th century farmhouse offers comfortable accommodation with central heating. Children are very welcome and there is a garden. There is a public footpath running across the farm and 700 metres of single bank fishing available.

SITUATION School Lane Farm is situated in an unspoilt area of West Devon only 2 miles from the market town of Holsworthy and nine miles from the Cornish coast of Bude with its sandy beaches.

THINGS TO DO The area has many places to visit including National Trust sites and properties, gardens and miles of beautiful coastline. The Eden Project is within easy reach by car and tickets can be purchased in advance in Holsworthy where there is also a lively weekly market. We are close to an 18 hole golf course, swimming pool, horse riding and children's adventure parks. Dartmoor, Bodmin and Exmoor are all to be recommended.

ACCOMMODATION Two bedrooms available. One ensuite family room with cot available and one twin both with tea and coffee making facilities. Lounge with TV for guests use only. Our 17th century farmhouse offers comfortable accommodation with central heating.
