Stable cottage is located in a tranquil courtyard setting in the glorious Devon heartland. It is an "upside down" house offering spacious three bedroom accommodation with all home from home comforts and the benefit of both private and shared gardens.

SITUATION Centrally situated and with easy access to the M5 the whole of Devon is on your doorstep. The village of Uffculme is three quarters of a mile away, the historic market town of Tiverton, seven miles and both Taunton and Exeter eighteen miles. Exmoor and Dartmoor are an easy drive away as are the coastal resorts of Seaton, Sidmouth and Exmouth. A day out could take you to the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

THINGS TO DO Enjoy a walk along the River Culme calling at Coldharbour Working Wool Museum or enjoy a leisurely cruise in a horse drawn narrow boat. Cycle the national cycle way or drive a real JCB at Diggerland. Play golf, fish or go horse riding, all are within a seven mile radius. Visit a theme park or have an energetic day windsurfing. Relax in the tranquillity of our walled garden while the children play in our spacious grounds.

ACCOMMODATION Sleeps 6 - 8. Upstairs is a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and freezer, microwave oven and washer/drying machine. The spacious south facing sitting / dining room has comfortable sofas (one folds down to an extra double bed), a feature fireplace, colour TV and dining table to seat eight. One of the two double bedrooms with en suite facilities is upstairs, the second and a twin bedded room and family bathroom are downstairs. Stable Cottage has fully enclosed and private rear garden and a front patio, both have furniture. It is fully centrally heated for holidays through out the year. Cots and high chairs can be provided on request.

PRICES Price range from £360.00 during the low season to £908.00 during the peak season - this includes all bed linens. Short breaks are available (minimum three nights) between October and April, to include Christmas and the New Year. Discounts are offered for smaller group bookings (excluding Christmas and the New Year) during the low season.

Your pets are welcome £25.00 per week.
Gas and Electricity by meter reading.

Deposit 30%, balance payable four weeks before holiday
