The lively towns of Totnes, Brixham, Paignton and Torquay are just a short drive or bus ride away and will offer you many restaurants, cafes, coastal walks and attractions. Large area equipped with further kitchen units, sink, table, washer/dryer and additional large fridge and free standing freezer. There is a Boot Room located between the Utility room and Kitchen with a rear entrance.

Dining Room
With views and a door leading out to garden. 12 seater dining table and chairs, period furniture. Large open fireplace with fitted gas burning stove. Hifi and portable TV. Original beamed ceiling and secondary stairs to first floor.

Outside
Beautiful secluded gardens with some interesting and attractive mature plants and flowers. Large terrace equipped with patio furniture, barbecue area, pretty pergola and several nooks and crannies to hide away for a peaceful snooze or reading time.

Ample parking for 4 cars and is accessed via large wooden gates. A long room in the back hall offers access to back of property - ideal storage space for sailing / fishing / walking equipment. Garage is also available for storage. Walking distance to village pubs and shops.
