Swannaford Cottages

SITUATION Two cottages set on a privately owned estate of approx. 55 acres in the beautiful Teign Valley on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, 6 miles from Exeter and 20 miles from the sea.

THINGS TO DO

New - Available during selected weeks June - September, self-catering Watercolour Painting Holidays including daily personal tuition from Paul Harwood from ITV Channel 7's 'Paul's Watercolour World'. Contact us for further details and availability.

As well as the historic cathedral city of Exeter, there are many superb gardens and country houses to visit in the area. The South Devon Coast is within easy reach and The Dartmoor National Park is on the doorstep, with opportunities for hill walking, horse riding and scenic views. There are also restaurants and numerous village inns.

ACCOMMODATION

Barnfield Cottage Semi-detached, sleeps 3 in one double bed, one single bed. Living room / kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Shared quiet and secluded garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities available. Weekly maid and bed-linen replacement included. 1 pet by agreement @ 15 per week.

Oaktree Cottage The larger of the two semi-detached cottages, sleeps 4 in one double, one twin (bunk-beds). Living room / dining room / kitchen on first floor, shower room downstairs. Shared quiet and secluded garden with garden furniture and barbecue facilities available. Weekly maid and bed-linen replacement included. 1 pet by agreement @ 15 per week.
