Part of our Farmhouse dates back to the 16th century. Take the opportunity to relax unwind and enjoy our lovely Farmhouse, wake up to birds singing, go for a wander through our fields or walk through the country lanes with their pretty flower filled hedgerows. Watch the animals being fed or walk our footpath by the stream. Horse riding is available just two miles away.

Thorne Park is a 100 acre working farm situated in a beautiful part of Devon known as Ruby Country, its tranquillity, gentle rolling hills and stunning views make this an ideal location. We are just a short distance from the market town of Holsworthy, the Devon / Cornwall border is just 4 miles, and Bude 10 miles with its breathtaking scenery and surfing beaches.

Explore the surrounding countryside coast and moors or take a trip to Eden or Clovelly. Horse Riding, Fishing, Golf and shooting all nearby, cycle ways, walks and National Trust Properties abound in this area. Situation This part of Devon is very unspoiled with lovely views, scenery and rugged coastline and moors. Holsworthy is (1.5mls) is quiet town with weekly cattle markets. National Trust properties, walks, fishing, golf, cycle paths, horse riding are all with in easy reach. The coast at Bude is just 10 miles, Clovelly 20 miles and Launceston, gateway to Cornwall is only 12 miles away. The Eden Project is approximately 1 hours drive.
