This remarkable coastal property has been fitted and furnished to a delightful standard, offering the perfect base for couples alike or a family retreat. Situated within a short walk of the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! (0.5 mile), known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to the Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. There is also direct access to the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy use of the bar and restaurant (golf is extra, but at a reduced rate). Nearby attractions which include The Big Sheep (3.5 miles) and The Milky Way (10.5 miles).

The reverse level accommodation offers three stylish bedrooms, one super-king-size and one king-size both with en-suite showers and bi-folding doors which lead out onto the rear garden, and one twin (which can be made up as a super-king-size) on request. All bedrooms have Smart TV's and the twin has a PlayStation 4. You will also find a contemporary family bathroom. A handy utility room completes the downstairs accommodation. Upstairs encompasses an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with bi-fold doors onto the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen area will capture your imagination, inspiring you to get creative with your fabulous local produce.

Venture outside into the sunny landscaped south facing enclosed rear garden which has an outside dining table and chairs and separate sofa for outdoor relaxing whilst enjoying the BBQ. A lockable beach hut completes the garden for storage of your bikes, surf boards or golf clubs and contains a selection of beach toys.
