Conveniently located in the heart of this seaside town and overlooking the pretty cricket ground, Westward Ho!'s beach, Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond, this house offers plenty of seaside charm. Just a short stroll away you will find the popular seaside town of Westward Ho! and its many amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Golfing enthusiasts can walk to the Royal North Devon Golf Club, or on a calm day, pop to the market town of Bideford and you could take a boat trip to the peaceful island of Lundy, which lies just miles off the coast and is home to large colonies of puffins and seals.

This property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the views from the lounge/kitchen/diner. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is a super- king-size which can be presented as a twin room if requested at the time of booking, one king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC, and bunk bedroom. The king-size bedroom also enjoys access to the garden through French doors. All the rooms have been furnished and equipped with comfort and style in mind. Also, on this floor is a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Upstairs the impressive and spacious lounge/kitchen/diner has been designed to provide everything you need. Prepare your meals in the contemporary kitchen area that features an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machiner. Dine at the large table nearby and after finishing your meal, retire into the chic lounge area, a large sumptuous sofa makes for cosy evenings, make the most of the Smart TV or utilise the Blue tooth speakers to listen to your favourite music.

Heading outside to the front of the property there is an enclosed private garden with patio area, hot tub and garden furniture. There is also a balcony accessed from the lounge area which has sea views, and a great view of the cricket pitch and beach beyond.

Excellent accommodation and a great base to explore north Devon. Our second visit, both times at the end of November, making it a relaxing break when everywhere is very quiet.

Had a fabulous stay, a perfect location for walks on the beach. Hamper was a lovely touch. Could not fault the accommodation. We definitely want to go back!

GO for it! Lovely location, lovely and easy accommodation, which was very clean, and yet we felt ok to take the dogs! Hot tub gorgeous and the upside down ness(!) worked very well I thought. The property is in a wonderful location, so close to the sea and shops and restaurants. It is very quiet too. Good for walking and parking.

We stayed here in November 2022 for 6in guys and it was an incredible stay. What is there to say, the location is unbelievable and the area is stunning.
