This luxurious reverse-level property affords enviable sea views and provides first-class style. Perfect for friends or families looking to get together. It is located just 0.5 miles from the centre of the small fishing village of Appledore, rich in maritime history and offering a selection of pubs, restaurants, independent shops, galleries, and an excellent deli as well as being the home of award-winning Hocking's ice cream. Watch the sailing boats on the estuary or try crabbing off the quayside. In the summer season, catch the passenger ferry across the river to Instow with its sandy, dog-friendly beach and sand dunes it’s a must, plus several pubs/restaurants. Within 2 miles is Westward Ho!, with its golden sands and typical seaside amusements. Other local attractions includes RHS Rosemoor (10 miles), The Big Sheep (3 miles), and The Milky Way Adventure Park, or North Devon Wake Park, both 10 miles, for a variety of water sports.

The spacious quality kitchen area has everything you need to cater for your stay, including all the usual appliances but also a wine cooler and coffee machine. A large dining table makes for memorable mealtimes. A useful utility room sits just off the kitchen and provides additional space as well as a washing machine and tumble drier plus a handy WC. Heading back through the lounge, a separate entertainment room with a Smart TV, puzzles and games is great should the weather take a turn and makes for a great area for family movie nights.

Heading outside from the first floor allows access to the rear terraced garden and patio area which are on different levels and in one corner a private hot tub, which is perfect for sunny days or starry nights and from where you can enjoy the superb views.
