This property is situated in the Fishcombe Cove area of Brixham, lying to the north of the town centre. The town is a pleasant short coastal walk from the property and offers a range of pubs, shops and eateries, as well as the busy harbour. However, the real draw of this property is that it lies in a more secluded part of town, with quieter beaches and one of which is just a stones’ throw from the property’s front door. Keen walkers will also love that there is direct access to the South West Coast Path from the property.

Upon arriving at the property, guests will be able to appreciate the beauty of the area as soon as they arrive. The sea views can be admired from the lounge area of the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has sliding doors allowing guests to extend this space out onto the private patio. After a day of exploring relax on the sofas and enjoy a film on the Smart TV. The dining area is located between the lounge and the stylish kitchen. Guests can readily make themselves at home in the kitchen which is equipped with everything you require, including an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The first of the property’s two bedrooms is situated next to the lounge and has a double bed and door leading out onto the patio, whilst the second bedroom is a twin with TV. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom offering a shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, there is a spacious patio with a table and chairs to the front of the property where guests can enjoy the sea views and the fresh sea air. Guests also have access to an allocated storage space. The property has allocated parking for one car.

Location stunning. Views second to none. Nearby ancient woodland great for walkers. Lovely beaches not too far away. Lots of places to visit within easy reach if weather not so good. Didn't manage to find a restaurant that served food that wasn't mediocre but I'm sure!SELECTED! they ar!ENDOFSELECTED!e probably out there.

Lovely location, disappointed the on site swimming pool was not up and running. Did say in the on line booking it would be open in May. Looks a long way from that happening.

The property is in an excellent location, with views eastwards of the south coast from Brixham as far as Portland Bill. It is right on the South West Coast path, and less than 15 minutes walk into Brixham town. We enjoyed the heated outdoor swimming pool.
