This stylish annexe, boasting comfortable furnishings throughout, is perfectly situated to explore South Devon. Perched in the middle of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is the perfect retreat all year round, close to some fabulous attractions. A short 0.5-mile walk from the doorstep, you'll find yourself on the sandy beach of Preston. The seaside town offers an array of shops, restaurants and cafes within a mile, and the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway offers trips from the town. The seafront welcomes you with its long stretch of beach, promenade, and traditional pier where you’ll find fairground rides, crazy golf and so much more. Take a 2-mile drive to see some of the world's most endangered species at Paignton Zoo. Or for those looking for a more peaceful day out, why not visit Greenway, Agatha Christie’s former house, and enjoy a cream tea, which is within 6 miles?

This delightful annexe is situated to the side of the owners’ property, yet privacy is assured. On entering the property, you are greeted with a light and contemporary open-plan kitchen and lounge area. Take off your shoes and feel the warmth of the underfloor heating and hang your jackets up ready to relax. Unwind in the lounge where there is a comfy sofa, chair, skylight, Smart TV, Bose wireless speaker and full-length French doors which you can open wide to let the outdoors in. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge and mini freezer. There is a breakfast bar area with bar stools for two to enjoy some homecooked meals. Heading down the hall is the bathroom with shower and WC, complete with a second skylight and underfloor heating. Finally, there is a king-size bedroom with sufficient storage space, underfloor heating, and beautifully hand-painted artwork on the wall.

Heading outside, guests will find a bistro set for two to enjoy summer BBQs and evenings with a favourite tipple. Retire with a book for a quiet read or relax and enjoy a night of stargazing. There is off-road private parking for one vehicle outside the property.

The flat provided an excellent base for us to enjoy Christmas with family members in Devon and Somerset. We appreciated being able to check in early, the Welcome Pack, and the option to check out late. We would certainly stay at 3 Palms again.

Its in a really nice location, really clean and tidy,perfect location for your holiday and exploring the coastal area's, we travelled all over from Sidmouth to Westwood ho all around the coast,we more or les visited every beach. We really enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay again.

This was our second visit this year it is a loverly apartment mr and Mrs Evans are very helpful While we were there Eric's back went Mrs Evans made the appointment for him and was kind Enough to take him and collect him we hope to go back next year

Had another lovely week, this was our second visit. Beautiful place to stay, convenient for beach, shops, owners are next door and are very friendly and make it clear if you need anything to just knock their door. Bertie the dog loves to play fetch with his toys which he drops at the gate, if youre willing to throw them for him, if your not then heRead mores in his own garden and not a problem. Equipped with everything you need if you want to cater for yourself with a BBQ on the patio. Very clean. Hide

People were nice but I booked a dog friendly holiday, and paid extra for my dog. The patio wasn't fenced in and at first we were told we couldn't use their fenced in yard then they said we could use it for her needs first thing in the morning and las thing at night. The internet is almost non existent. The accommodation was clean and comfortable anRead mored it was 0 5 miles from the sea front. I had to drive a far distance to find a dog friendly beach. Hide

The apartment was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable with a lovely patio area which we enjoyed. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the location ideal for visiting the surrounding town's and villages. We will visit again in the future and would definitely recommend this lovely place to family and friends.

This is a well equipped, modern, holiday let, very easy to get to, in a good location. Good choice of shops and cafe's in easy walking distance, beach is a five minute walk, and Paignton station an easy walk along the sea front.

This is a lovely property - it's beautifully decorated, well equipped and well situated for visiting nearby places of interest. The owners were friendly and made us feel really welcome. We thoroughly recommend Three Palms would definitely like to stay there again.

this cottage was probably the best we have ever stayed in, it was well furnished all the appliances and fittings and furnishings are of excellent quality and the bed is the most comfortable i have ever slept on, I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone
