Wonderful location. Close to amenities. Good base for walking. Helful owners. Very comfortable accommodation. Off road parking a little cramped. Fine for average family hatchbacks.

Great position on sea front, easy access (30 seconds from front door) to promenade, pebble beach and a 5 min walk to shops, very well looked after and equipped apartment. Supermarkets also in walking distance. Seaton is a pleasant quiet place and is a great base for visiting other towns, beaches and beauty spots.

Whilst this is a ground floor apartment it is not suitable for anyone with disabilities. There is a step leading down to the bathroom without a rail or handle of any kind. The bathroom is narrow so if youre not able bodied it is difficult to navigate. The lounge suite and beds are all low and not particularly comfortable, that said the apartment waRead mores lovely and clean and equipped to a reasonable standard, and in an ideal location on the sea front, great for watching the world go by . Great location, well-maintained property, comfortable beds, friendly owners. Parking looked as if it could be tricky, but was no problem. Very close to shops, takeaways, attractions. Quiet, despite being on the sea-front (in June, anyway!) Lot of interesting things to do, & places to visit. Wetland nature reserve is brilliant.

We enjoyed staying in this character property. The location is ideal being just across from the beech. The owners were very helpful and friendly. A good choice for a small family.
