Superb location and setting. Lovely accommodation with copious equipment in kitchen. We were very lucky with the weather so able to take advantage of sitting outside for evening meals every day. We had a lovely week at Beech Cottage. You can see the sea from the kitchen and bedrooms! The cottage was modern, well equipped and comfortable. Our 2 kids loved the bunk beds. The ensuite shower was wonderful. The garden, carpeted in daffodils and primroses in April when we stayed, caught both the morning and evening sun. The cottage is in a quietRead more spot, yet the location is fantastic for days out as it is just a 10 min or so drive to Lyme Regis, Seaton (big Tesco) and Beer. Hide

The Rousdon location was really good with easy access to Beer, Lyme Regis and Seaton etc. Local walks including the coast path were excellent. For info there did not appear to be any access to the private beach but this was not particularly detrimental. Lovely cottage, very clean and everything was provided that we needed. It was in a quiet location but was ideally situated to get into Lyme Regis and Seaton (both no more than 10 minutes drive). Or, if you wanted to go further afield it was not far off from the A35. We were very happy with our holiday.
