This property is located at the end of a no-through road, just seconds from Brixham’s main beach, Breakwater Beach, which is named after the town’s impressive 0.5 mile long breakwater which gives visitors the wonderful opportunity to walk out across the waves and look back at the town itself. It is also a popular spot for fishing and there is a café where you can get a bite to eat. The focus of the town is the busy harbour, which is not only home to the town’s fishing fleet, but is also the starting point for a number of pleasure trips around the bay, which is a delightful way for visitors to spend a few hours: if they are lucky, they may even spot the dolphins who visit Torbay from time to time.

On arrival at this property, guests can leave their car in the covered car port before entering the house, where they will find the ground floor bedroom. This is a king-size room which benefits not only from an en-suite shower room with WC, but also from a private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the seafront and Brixham’s breakwater. Taking the stairs to the first floor, guests will find the open-plan living space which comprises a spacious lounge/diner, and kitchen to the rear of the property. The space has been lovingly styled and the owners have created a restful light-filled space, which has the added benefit of large windows and a patio door opening onto the balcony. The lounge area is at the seafront side of the room, with its comfortable seating, TV, and DVD, whilst the dining table is set towards the rear of the room. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Two more bedrooms, both king-size rooms are situated on the second floor of the house, one of which offers spectacular panoramic sea views. The shower room on this floor has a large walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, there are two separate balconies with seating from which guests can sit and watch the ever-changing scenery of the beach and the sea. There is a private car port for one car on the ground floor of the property.

A lovely location that gives great views over Brixham marina and Torbay.. A steep 5 to 10 minute walk to the marina but then a lovely flat scenic walk into Brixham. Somewhere we will hopefully return to

Brilliant location with stunning views. We found it difficult to tear ourselves away as always something to watch. We managed the private path down (taking care) without a problem. We love this property, have stayed here 3 times previous. It has the best views ever over the harbour, marina and torbay. Well equipped and benefits an undercover parking space

Great views of the bay and a good location only 15min (steep) walk to the harbour front. Parking is real bonus. We found it light and spacious for the two of us.

We had a lovely week in January and were blessed with the weather. The location is ok but the house would not suit anyone with mobility issues as it is a steep walk to the town and harbour. The facilities provided were adequate to our needs and we had wonderful views over the breakwater. We had a lovely week despite the typically English weather warm one minute, floods the next. The apartment has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The view over the marina and breakwater from the picture windows on each floor is stunning. We found the private path down really useful and not too much of a challenge. Most enjoyable stay. Views outstanding. Very clean on arrival. A few extra kitchen items would be good, but mostly ok. More information/equipment needed for recycling. Use of the private path to the breakwater was fantastic. There was only one key for this, proving inconvenient at times with 6 adults staying at the property, when we went our separaRead morete ways. Property was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location. The path down the side of the property is great and leads down to near the breakwater in 5 minutes. However note you do need to use a key to open the gate. It really is a great location, we were lucky to see the seals in the harbour most days from one of the three balconies. There are Read moremany good pubs nearby - The Prince William pub is very close with great food, also Fishcombe Cove is worth the 25 minute walk. Hide

Views are amazing from this apartment. The apartment does need a little updating though. Cleaning of the apartment could be a lot better. Mattress in downstairs bedroom is very springy & not comfortable at all & the bathroom is very musty. We had to keep the balcony door open when we were there. Lovely house situated to give the most wonderful view over the bay. Steep steps down to street level but we managed even though we are in our 70s. The 3 balconies were perfect for watching the activities going on in the bay.

We had a wonderful family stay here. The views are outstanding and having 3 balconies to choose from to sit and watch the boats and scenery was a huge plus! Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped. Having the bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor is an advantage too when travelling with couples. The views from this property are absolutely stunning. The location is central to the Brixham breakwater and close to the village. Being able to park one car at the property was very convenient. We loved the home from home feeling its kitted out with all of the mod cons and felt very comfortable for our family. Can highly recommend.

A lovely property with amazing views over the harbour from the lounge and two bedrooms. 5 minutes walk in to town. But in a nice quite location. There is a little unmade alley way beside the apartment block which had steps down to the beach which was really useful. Lots to do around the area. The property is lovely and has everything you could possibly need for your holiday. There is plenty of space for a family. It is very hilly so not suitable if you are not very mobile unless you use your car all the time. The steps to the harbour were fine to use, you can get out of breath coming back up them. What a great place to stay, fab views, rooms spacious and walking distance to all the shops bars and restraunts. We stayed in Brixham before at Mooring reach but the view from this property are far spectacular and rooms are lot larger. Would highly recommend a stay. And will return if staying in Brixham again
