Offering a great choice of pubs, restaurants, cafes, galleries and boutique shops it’s the ideal place to enjoy lazy days together. Set in the heart of the Jurassic Coast, this picturesque area has an abundance of quaint towns and villages within easy reach, where you can enjoy long walks or cycle through spectacular countryside. The Devon border also runs alongside the town, making this the ideal base for touring.

From the parking space a shared entrance door leads you into the ground floor apartment. Once inside you will find a welcoming hallway leading firstly into a light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner. With period features including decorative coving, high ceilings and a sash bay window, there is lots to be admired in this characterful room. The lounge area is cosy with a Smart TV perfect for a quiet night in. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave and there is space for two to dine Heading back into the hallway you will find the pretty double bedroom, which has an en-suite shower and WC.

Heading outside you will find a small shared courtyard with garden furniture. Located to the rear of the property it’s the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee. Heading back to the front of the property is an off-road parking space for a small vehicle.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
