The best cottage we have ever had. Warm comfortable, and nicely designed. We were delighted to see a Great Spotted Woodpecker on the bird feeder. In spite of the terrible weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our short break.

Our stay in caraway was fantastic. We could not ask for a more comfortable place to stay. It is an excellent base to fully explore the locality. The welcome from owners was first class. The cream ta and wine just added to the stay. We will definitely staying here again.

The cottage was lovely, peaceful and very well equipped. We were welcomed with a cream tea, bottle of wine and chocolates. There were lots of maps and information leaflets in the cottage to help plan days out, plus DVDs and books for days in. A lovely garden, with stunning views, ample parking and a cosy kitchen/lounge area.

This was a really well appointed rustic type cottage, just off the main road between Ilfracombe and Barnstaple. The gardens were extensive and extremely well tended with a variety of shrubs and plants. Plenty of car park space in a secure area. Great for either a short break or a weeks holiday. The people who owned it were warm and friendly and 'weRead morelcome pack' of scones and clotted cream, just a small touch but much appreciated. Hide
