This attractive barn conversion offers contemporary and comfortable decor against the backdrop of a traditional farm building which has been sensitively renovated. It is ideally situated for a rural retreat, nestling in the grounds of the owner’s property on this former farm. It is also close to the lively port town of Bideford (4 miles) and all the family attractions along the beautiful North Devon coast.

You and your family will love relaxing in the spacious, sunlight-drenched lounge or sprawling on deep, comfortable sofas to watch a movie on Blu-ray in the evening. Open up the French windows and spill straight out on to a patio area complete with table and chairs, so you can enjoy as much of that holiday fresh-air feeling as you can. Towards the rear of the property there is also a beautiful sun lounge with doors which open up onto an enclosed garden; indulge in the private hot tub or dine alfresco to make the most of those long summer evenings.

The ancient town of Bideford (5 miles) offers parks, galleries, shops and restaurants - and access to The Oldenburg ferry which sails out to the spectacular Lundy Island, with its puffins, seals and other wildlife on show. Westward Ho! (5 miles) with its long sandy beach, Atlantic surf and seafront with lively amusements provides enjoyment for everyone. Golfers might like to play a round at The Royal North Devon Golf Club (5 miles), an historic course that stretches across Northam Burrows Country Park. The BIG Sheep (3 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park (6 miles) also offer family fun days out.

A wonderful home from home experience including the hot tub. Made for a really relaxing break. A very well equipped kitchen so cooking wasnt a problem & the dogs loved it too. Lovely, warm & cosy despite the awful weather!

We had a great week at the cottage. Its a lovely and comfy space to come home to each day. The wood burner was welcome and made it cosy. The hot tub was a great feature as well. Lots to see and do within a short drive.

Lovely comfortable place to stay. Owners very kind, helpful and respect privacy. Lovely area for places to visit nearby. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely make a return visit.

The barn conversion was lovely. With under floor heating and a wood burner it was really cosy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a really good size. The garden was very secure for the dogs. We would definitely visit again!

We loved our October half term stay at Cherry Tree Barn. Ideal location to explore North Devon, great beaches & lovely Clovelly is just a quick drive. The barn offers you all the comforts of home; a well equipped kitchen with a fab range master, ample different seating areas both inside & out to enjoy the sunshine & view of the church. This is a fabulous property to stay in and it was in a fabulous location! Its clean, well equipped and cosy and has a fabulous private hot tub to relax in. It has a enclosed garden which was a bonus for us.

A beautiful property in a little piece of heaven. Tranquil, relaxing.....an amazing find! The dogs loved it, great walks and beaches. Great for families but also couples. Can't wait to go back next year.

Great cottage.....Hot tub was fab.....it was local for everything. A beautiful place the owners were friendly and could not do enough for us. They even offered use of the field for our dogs. I would strongly recommend this cottage it has a secure private garden as well .

Beautiful property in a lovely quiet location next to a 12/13th century church. Hot tub a real bonus at the beginning and end of the day for relaxation and the property is just as beautiful as the photos show online. Lots to do and see in the area and great beaches close by, a lot of which are dog friendly. The owner has a field opposite the properRead morety specifically for walking dogs and is on hand for any queries or problems. Will definitely visit Cherry Tree Cottage again. Hide

A lovely cottage with all mod cons. Very comfortable and 5 star facilities. Fantastic Hot tub for that ultimate experience when returning from a day out exploring beautiful Devon. Our cocker spaniel loved the enclosed garden. Highly recommend this top quality cottage.
