What a find, we loved staying here I really dont think the photos do it justice. It was a very warm, cozy, comfortable stay in an amazing location. The cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and in a good position for visiting Ilfracombe. My visit was a 'memory' visit as I was born in Ilfracombe and have many memories . (I have not lived in Ilfracombe for the last 58 years, but visit from time to time).

A beautiful place to stay. The views were amazing but if you struggle with stairs access to the apartment could be a challenge. Well laid out with everything you need and every comfort of home. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Overall a lovely apartment with lovely sea views and central location. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the appliances needed for a week's stay. Lots of steps to the flat (about 40 in total) however once there the view is amazing and is definitely the high point of this flat. We were provided with a parking permit at no extra cost that could have been used in 4 seperate car parks around the town, the nearest being 5 minutes walk. Great views from the flat, and a very convenient location in Ilfracombe. Seagulls that came to watch us at the windows were amusing. While they were hoping to be fed, they weren't. Flat very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. Parking voucher for the week a definite benefit, with the Cove parking area the closest location.
