There is a separate utility room to house the washing machine, iron and ironing board, together with a separate WC. A games room boasts a full-size football table, perfect for those with a competitive streak. On the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a magnificent four-poster bed, which offers wonderful views down to the bay, together with a chest of drawers, bedside tables and clothes hanging space. Also on this floor is a sunny twin bedroom that’s perfect for children, together with a separate WC and luxurious family bathroom complete with roll-top bath and separate shower. On the second floor, there is a large attic king-size bedroom, which features wooden flooring, a pretty dressing table and wonderful views through dual aspect windows.
Please note the rear terrace is accessed via steep steps in common with many Brixham properties that are built into the hillside. This may not suit all, however the front terrace was refurbished in 2018 and provides seating with an open sea view and maintains separation from the footpath by virtue of being raised a few feet.
The back garden boasts a decked area that acts as a suntrap and the front terrace also provides seating raised up and away from the road more conveniently for those not wanting to climb the rear steps.
