Completed in 2017 this impressive three storey detached house is an idyllic coastal retreat and is situated in an elevated position taking advantage of far-reaching views over Bideford Bay, the Bristol Channel and towards Lundy Island. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is roaming the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village has a choice of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and a championship links golf course. The riverside market town of Bideford is a short drive and offers shops and pannier market, the port is also home to the Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island. The fishing village of Appledore is close by, with a tidal passenger ferry to Instow. Barnstaple is just 10 miles away with shopping, cinema and theatre.

Stepping into the property you are welcomed by light and spacious rooms the lounge on your right has comfortable sofas and Smart TV/DVD so you can watch your favourite programme or catch up on the latest movies. The kitchen/diner is on your left and provides everything you need to cook a snack or a full family meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bi-folding doors lead to a sunny conservatory with further comfy seating and doors leading out to the rear garden. There is a useful WC in the hall way. Heading upstairs on the first floor are three bedrooms a double with en suite shower and WC and TV, one twin and one double bedroom, with sea glimpses and TV. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and WC. Up a further flight of stairs leading to the master bedroom suite with king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room with tea and coffee facilities and an en-suite shower and WC. There is a peaceful seating area in front of the French doors that open onto a balcony with sea views and seating, fabulous for a leisurely breakfast - or an evening glass of wine whilst watching the sun set.

Stepping outside you have a rear sunny garden area which has an enclosed patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. The front of the property there is a large driveway leading to a large garage/games room with pool table, table tennis and table football. Off-road parking for up to four cars (three at the front and one at the rear).

A very pleasant place to stay. Close to all amenities, Very Clean, and Spacious. Suited all age groups ( Teens to Grannies in our case) . Quiet neighbourhood. Good Parking on site. Games Room was Excellent. Had lots of fun. Owner was very nice to us.

Had a really lovely week celebrating my husbands 70th. Lovely property as could sleep the whole family. Games room definitely a bonus particularly for the bad weather days. Balcony on master bedroom stunning views & perfect for a drink before going out. Bit too windy most of our visit but we persevered.

We had a wonderful holiday at Cima Vista. The games room is the best we've encountered anywhere - absolutely brilliant. The house itself was fab - plenty of space and everything you need.

Cima Vista was a great place to stay and we'd have no hesitation in returning. Nice touches on arrival and the place was very clean. Games room was good fun. Supermarkets, pubs and local shops relatively close by. All in all, a really good break.

The house was very clean and tidy with all the facilities that you could ask for. The games room was an added bonus. Parking for three cars on the property. A short drive to Westward Ho! which had good, reasonably priced, car parks.

Cima Vista is a superb property with great hosts who couldn't do enough to make our stay an enjoyable one. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it's great for larger families. Situated in Northam, it has great views of the sea and estuary and is only a short drive from the vibrant seaside resort of Westward Ho!, and pretty Appledore is only a litRead moretle further. Local shops and a pub are just a ten minute walk slightly downhill. There is a supermarket a ten minute drive away. A great location. Hide
