The property is cute and compact and offers all the homely comforts you could need, with every window looking out to a picture-perfect backdrop. The four-poster double bed upstairs is a peaceful place, perfect for resting your head after a day exploring your new surroundings. The charm continues outside with garden furniture and BBQ - dine alfresco as you watch the sun set over the trees.

Perfectly placed for exploring both Devon and Cornwall, you’re never far from a stunning seaside spot to frequent. The enchanting traffic-free village of Clovelly is just 3.5 miles from the cottage and is well worth a visit during your stay; say hello to the resident donkeys, enjoy a traditional cream tea in one of the vintage tea rooms and watch boats bob on the harbour waters. The beach at Hartland Quay, just 7 miles away is renowned for its great surf and imposing cliffs.

Eveything you could want for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Very dog friendly as there is a nice sized fenced garden. There is a lovely wood burner as well as central heating for added comfort. The nearby village of Woolsery has a lovely pub and fish and chip shop aswell as a handy general store.

Perfect location! Beautiful cottage. Ideal for doggy lovers. We took our blind dog and she had a fantastic time. Devon refreshingly welcomes our canine friends.

Unfortunately we had to leave early from out holiday due to a family emergency but we spent two nights at the cottage instead of 7 that we booked for. We did think the pictures online were a bit deceiving as the cottage is very small. We did think the bed was very comfortable and the garden was a good size.

Small but lovely cottage, quiet peaceful location, cottage wasnt very clean, lots of cobwebs, clumps of dust behind sofa, so we decided to get the vacuum out... Clean towels provided however a little smelly. Large tidy garden which the dogs loved

Wonderfully peaceful location. A delight to sit-out on the patio in the mornings and evenings before going for walks along the dramatic coastline a short drive away. The cottage is cosy and comfortable. A real gem.

Lovely little cottage. Brilliant to take the dog away as well. We only have a small dog so he was well contained in the garden but a large dog may be able to jump over the fence. The owners did however leave a long lead if needed for the dog in the garden. We ate at the bell in in Parkham (recommended by the owner in the information pack in the cotRead moretage) as the dog was allowed in to. The food was delicious i would recommend it. You def need a car to explore the area and down the country lanes. Hide

If you want a peaceful break then Pine Cottage is ideal. It is a fantastic place in the middle of practically nowhere. Fabulous for dogs as there is an enclosed garden leading onto a big field and walk for dogs and humans to enjoy. The well equipped cottage had dog bowls, tea and coffee, but remember to take your milk as the nearest shop is about 2Read more miles away. We were lucky we had lovely weather and could sit outside every evening even in April watching the bats and listening to the owls. Hide
