This apartment property is a coastal retreat, which is perfectly situated on the water’s edge, taking full advantage of far-reaching views over Bideford Bay, the Bristol Channel and Lundy Island. It is just a short walk to the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho! known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of entertainment for children, whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf or building sand castles. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. There is also the Royal North Devon Golf Club where guests can enjoy free social memberships during their stay with use of the bar and restaurant.

This beautiful property has seen a recent refurbishment and is one of twenty-eight luxury apartments situated in a contemporary seafront block. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has bi-folding doors which lead out onto a large balcony area. Within the stylish lounge area, you have beautiful sea views and a Smart TV with BT Vision and Bluray. The well-equipped kitchen area features an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave, whilst the freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are kept in the separate adjacent utility room with an additional sink. The master bedroom is a spacious king-size room with floor to ceiling doors which open out onto the balcony. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating, shower and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) which also has floor to ceiling doors which open out onto the balcony. The bathroom is located next door offering a bath and WC.

To the front of the property, accessed from the lounge and the two bedrooms is a balcony with private Hot Tub, garden furniture and uninterrupted views of the sea, across the bay to Lundy. There is an allocated parking space in the underground car park for one car, whilst there is additional parking nearby, either on the roadside or in the public car park (charges apply).

Wonderful accommodation, clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything that is needed for a home away from home is supplied. Location is spot on with views across the bay and the sea lapping at the rocks below (when tied is in). Only a short, flat walk into the town to shops, bars and restaurants. The fabulous view is the first thing that strikes you as you walk into the lounge. Superb setting & loved the layout of the sofas that meant you could see the view whilst relaxing. We tried the beds in both bedrooms and there was not one bed that be described as comfortable. The bed linen throughout was thin and economy and the duvets were very heavy. The en-suite bedroom and bathroom were very doggy smelling, which if we closed the sliding doors was horrid. This apartment is fantastic. The sea view is superb and the apartment is very well equipped. It was cosy and warm for our winter stay and the hot tub with a view of the ocean was great. We loved it here and would definitely return given the chance.

Cloud 9 in Westward Ho is one of the best places we have ever visited on our summer travels. The location is just amazing. we stayed there in the summer and it was heavenly so we decided to book again for our anniversary this past week. The weather may not have been as sunny but it was just as nice.

Lovely location,had lots of memories watching dolphins out from the balcony,property was a little cold untill we found fan heaters in wardrobe,kitchen draws had many crumbs in them and a sock in the wardrobe which didn't belong to us,but with the faults at bay the location and the property was lovely,and would definitely like to stay there again

3rd time we have stayed at Cloud 9 and cant fault the apartment. Very comfortable and in a great location with stunning views. Will be back again in the future!

The apartment was clean and tidy. We loved looking out the balcony onto the sea and every chance we could. There is doors to the balcony in each room. The apartment was equipped for everything, like drying clothes, making dinner or simply just getting in the spa. The beach is so close to the apartment, approximate about 5 to 8 minutes walk away. We have just come back from an amazing week and the apartment was fabulous. From the daily facilities that we all need to the extra special ones that made our break so special i.e the hot tub and the fantastic views. This apartment is in a fabulous location and has everything washing machine fridge freezer dishwasher tumble dryer hot tub but unfortunately on this occasion the washing machine was already broken on our arrival this did cause a fair amount of inconvenience and took 7 days to replace having said that the apartment is in a spectacular location its lRead moreike being on a cruise ship when on the balcony would recommend. Great apartment overlooking Westward Ho Beach. Kitchen has everything you would need. Nice little hot tub on the veranda. Perfect for family of four or two couples as two bedrooms two bathrooms. Great food and views from nearby Pierhouse for dinner / lunch.

This is a lovely bolt hole in a great location within a very easy walking distance to the local restaurants and shops. Absolutely lovely place . Underground parking. 2 big size bedrooms. 2 sepetate bathrooms , one with shower one with bath. Views are gorgeous the waves come right up to your veranda . The property is amazing with the most fantastic sea view which you will never get tired of Such attention to detail with the interior and fully equipped. Good to have the utility room next to kitchen with freezer and tumble dryer and washing machine. We had a lovely break in this property and would highly recommend.

Was a bit of a poor start due to the company not giving the correct info on how to get in & what we had to do, so had to call Mr Weir up &ask how we get in etc. He said we should of got an email to say to call 48hrs before to get key safe num etc but we hadn't also check in & out times are not what they state. But once in the apartment was lovely nRead moreice and clean, would recommend taking robes for hot tub, & tea towel as only 1 dishwasher tablet and washing up liquid/dish cloth but no tea towel Hide

Absolutely beautiful apartment, outstanding location to listen to waves while drifting off to sleep was heaven. Hot tub was very relaxing & luxurious. The apartment has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Already booked again for December & no doubt will do yearly!

Fabulous apartment with a fantastic view let down by the dining set up. The table height is totally wrong for the chair height making it unusable. What is provided varies greatly from holiday let to holiday let. So,for information there is no foil, salt etc,kitchen towel or spare loo paper and only 1 dishwasher tablet

We booked this a few years ago and finally got to go last week. To say what an amazing place is an understatement , the apartment was beautiful and well looked after, Andy and his team work so hard to make sure all guests have a magical place to stay. Lovely outlook over the surf beach from the all glass frontage and balcony at the property - hot tub although small nice and clean and worked well. Great secure undergound parking for peace of mind during stay. Although a little bit dated in places the property was very clean with quality kitchen appliances that worked well. Very nice caretakers foRead morer the property (Mr and Mrs Weir) who we spoke to and sorted a minor problem for us. Great walks along the coast close close by. Hide
