Conveniently  located on the coastal road to Woolacombe Bay, there is plenty for all to do here, venture onto the South West Coastal Path and marvel at the views of dramatic cliffs and the nearby Sandy Cove. A short drive takes you to the golden sandy beach at Woolacombe, which is ideal for families to paddle their feet, build sandcastles or try their hand at surfing. For more practiced surfers the nearby beaches of Croyde and Saunton are definitely worth a visit. If golf is your hobby of choice you will be spoilt with two championship courses at Saunton and the Royal North Devon Golf Club at Westward Ho!. The seaside town of Ilfracombe can be reached on foot via the Tarka Trail or via car, with its eclectic mix of traditional amenities together with newer additions such as Damien Hurst’s “Verity”, quayside restaurants, Landmark Theatre and Tunnels Beaches.

There is also a utility room which is located next to the front door with a washing machine. Completing this floor is the wet room with shower and WC which is located next to the front door, truly perfect for those days when you come straight off the beach. The property backs onto the famous Tarka Trail which is ideal for walkers and cyclists alike. Off-road parking is available for two cars, and secure storage is available for beach boards, accessories and bicycles in the garden.

Loved the open plan style of this property. Lots of natural light courtesy of the sliding doors on to the garden. Bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of storage space. Parking is a few cottages down the road from the property. Located on a busy road so there is some traffic noise and a lack of privacy due to low fencing around lawn area. Family holiday for 3 generations. Two miles to Woolacombe beach car parks and on a surprisingly busy road are the only negatives. Very comfortable spacious house with easy parking made it a great holiday for all.

The property os very well equipped and very comfortable and we would definitely recommend and would book again if we go back to the area. There are a couple of things to note that are not obvious from the photos, the property is on the main road into Woolacombe so there is a reasonable amount of traffic noise and the garden is overlooked from the rRead moreoad and pavement. It is a good way out of town and the beaches so you will need to use your car and the parking for the property is not next to it. Hide

Beautiful house providing a comfortable base to explore area. On fairly busy road/ junction so there is a little road noise. Overall would recommend and would return ourselves.

We enjoyed a great week over the Easter holidays at the house, the house was spacious and room set-up was ideal for our family.
