Offering attractive accommodation for up to six guests, this idyllic holiday retreat is situated in a beautiful secluded spot just a few of miles from the glorious golden sandy beach at Woolacombe. Ideal for exploring Devon's glorious northern coastline, the cottage is also perfectly placed for keen walkers and cyclists looking to discover the spectacular landscapes of Exmoor National Park (11 miles). This light and spacious property is great for a family seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway in tranquil surroundings.

Stepping into this friendly property you will find the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With bi-folding doors leading into the garden, the lounge is an ideal space to relax in, complete with a Smart TV and plenty of seating. The airy dining area is perfect for enjoying a family meal, which you can prepare in the stylishly designed kitchen. Going upstairs there are three cosy bedrooms and a delightful bathroom. Stepping outside you can relax with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine in the charming enclosed patio with seating and a BBQ. There's plenty of storage space for bikes and surfboards, and the property backs onto the famous Tarka Trail.

The beautiful beach at Woolacombe is perfect for families and is great for first-time surfers. More practised surfers can head to the stunning beaches of Croyde (5.5 miles) and Saunton (7.5 miles). Also, along the coast is the charming resort of Ilfracombe (4 miles), which is home to attractions including Damien Hirst's Verity, the Landmark Theatre and Tunnels Beaches as well as a host of great places to eat and drink. You can also take a boat trip out the picturesque island of Lundy or head east into Exmoor.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Family of six & two dogs had a lovely relaxing stay. The property is located on a main road which could be noisy especially in the summer months? The location wasnt as nice as we expected however the property itself is very modern & well equipped!

Loved the open plan style of this property. Lots of natural light courtesy of the sliding doors on to the garden. Bedrooms were very comfortable with lots of storage space. Parking is a few cottages down the road from the property. Located on a busy road so there is some traffic noise and a lack of privacy due to low fencing around lawn area. Family holiday for 3 generations. Two miles to Woolacombe beach car parks and on a surprisingly busy road are the only negatives. Very comfortable spacious house with easy parking made it a great holiday for all.

The property os very well equipped and very comfortable and we would definitely recommend and would book again if we go back to the area. There are a couple of things to note that are not obvious from the photos, the property is on the main road into Woolacombe so there is a reasonable amount of traffic noise and the garden is overlooked from the rRead moreoad and pavement. It is a good way out of town and the beaches so you will need to use your car and the parking for the property is not next to it. Hide

Beautiful house providing a comfortable base to explore area. On fairly busy road/ junction so there is a little road noise. Overall would recommend and would return ourselves.
