This stylish apartment boasts chic accommodation and an enviable location just steps from Ilfracombe harbour.

This stylish apartment in the heart of the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe is the perfect base for exploring the local area, including both the stunning North Devon coastline with its sandy beaches and clean surf, and the breathtaking moorland of Exmoor National Park. A few hundred metres away is the busy harbour with a selection of eateries and Damien Hirst’s twenty-metre high sculpture ‘Verity’ which looks across the sea to Wales. The combination of sea air and your favourite food, whatever it may be, will make it easy to relax.

Inside, the apartment is contemporary, clean and tastefully decorated with neutral tones and the odd flash of colour or pattern. The open-plan living area is spacious and comfortable with a compact, but well-equipped, kitchen. The dining table is situated next to large windows allowing plenty of sunlight to flood in and the lounge is equipped with a TV and SkyTV providing ample entertainment for everyone. There is one double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and one king-size making it suitable for two couples or a family. Outside, the delightful balcony allows far-reaching views over the lovely gardens and town beyond.

Ilfracombe is a hive of activity with boat trips from the harbour, the Victorian Tunnels Beaches, the High Street and a cinema and theatre. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path is a few hundred metres from your door and for surfers, North Devon’s finest surfing beaches such as Woolacombe, Putsborough and Saunton are all within 11 miles. For the family, superb attractions such as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (7 miles) and Watermouth Castle (3 miles) are an excellent day out.

Very clean, beautiful location, near beach, shops, restaurants, cafes. Very dog friendly house and area. All the little extras left for us including dog bones and towels for drying after beach visits! Highly recommend

Very well equipped. The frontage of the property was a bit scruffy, but the interior was absolutely fine. Sitting on the veranda looking over the garden was a real pleasure.
