Situated in a convenient spot on the outskirts of Torquay this cute apartment nestles in a quiet residential road adjoining the owner's own home, yet, assuring you of privacy. Guests will be spoilt for choice for things to see and do in the area. Ideally placed for exploring and sampling all that this beautiful area has to offer including the nearby shopping arcade with cafes, stroll a little further to Babbacombe Downs which is great for walkers, alternatively, take a ride on the cliff railway. Torquay Marina and harbour, Living Coasts and Torquay's coastal zoo. Further afield within driving distance are Brixham, a small fishing town, Exeter with its shopping centre and Dartmouth.

Upon entering the private gated courtyard area, the level patio provides direct access to the single-storey annexe. The front door leads into a welcoming and a contemporary fitted kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and small fridge with ice compartment. One step down you will enter into the open-plan lounge/diner. This bright and airy room is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day out exploring. There is a sofa and an additional sofa bed, Smart TV and French doors opening out onto the enclosed patio garden area. The double sized bedroom leads off the lounge area and looks out on to the private patio area. The shower room with shower and WC also leads off the lounge area.

Outside there is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture.

The Annexe was extremely comfortable, very homely. Ideal position for visiting local places of interest. If weather permitting short distance to Babbacome or reasonable driving distance to Torquay, Teignmouth and Paignton. The owner Mr Clay was very nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Super well equipped lovely apartment, nice gated courtyard to sit in. Parked by the gate all week. Lots to see around the area. Cockington Forge park was great to visit for my dog. Cafe lovely. Meadfoot beach was super to swim in with my dog when the tide was coming in. Cafe at the other end was lovely for lunch and drinks. Babbacombe downs lovely Read moreto walk along. Berry Head Brixham revisited, had fields which my dog could be off lead before going to have a cream tea at their cafe. Hide

We had a wonderful time at our stay in the annexe. The little apartment is small but perfectly adequate for us with our dog. The annexe is just a 10 minute walk to many shops and 5 minutes more brings you to Babbacombe Its a steep walk to the beach but we needed the exercise. I would recommend Babbacombe Inn for good food. A visit to the highest waRead moreterfall was a truly memorable experience. Andrew our host was extremely and helpful recommended many places that were dog friendly. Superb. Hide

A great little bolt hole all places of interest are only about at most ten miles. Local shops ten minutes away. Always had my car space.

The Annexe was just right for us . Clean and tidy with everything you could wish for. People in the area welcoming and helpful. Local shop's were great with a butcher's baker's and super markets five minutes walk away. It is a ideal location to get to any where in Devon.

Really enjoyed our stay thankyou. Comfortable, well equipped and clean. Would recommend to friends and family. Our privacy was maintained but Andrew was there if you needed anything. Would love to go back in the near future. Thankyou Andrew and Jee.

A great little place adequate for two adults and dog. Andrew was very helpful when we accidentally locked ourselves out! Thank goodness for a spare set of keys. A lovely Comfy bed and two sofas in the lounge. Lovely and quiet with a little courtyard for morning coffee or evening drinks. Roughly a 20 minute walk up to Babbacombe promenade. Had a fantastic time away. The accommodation was fantastic really clean and well maintained and had a great separate space for us and the dog. Would recommend anyone to this lovely space and Andrew was really nice throughout even giving us a lift to the station and throughout was so helpful with taxis aswell.
