Bright and airy with fresh creams, the interiors are breezy and cool during the day but take on a warm and welcoming demeanour once the wood burner is lit in the kitchen/diner. The light and spacious lounge has a beautiful bay window with views over the harbour, perfect for soaking up the scenery. On the lower ground level, the open-plan kitchen/diner has a stable door leading to outside, allowing al fresco dining with ease morning, noon and night. Elegant in simplicity, wake in serene bedrooms in muted tones to take your morning coffee to the elevated glass-sided area outside, relaxing with beautiful sea views. And in the evening, relax with a glass of wine, soaking up the sea air.

 

The English Riviera town of Brixham has a wealth of shops, cafes and pubs, and Breakwater Beach (1 mile) and St Mary’s Bay Beach (1.5 miles) are within easy reach. Visit the Shoalstone Outdoor Pool (1.5 miles) and Berry Head National Nature Reserve (2 miles). For watersports, visit Broadsands Beach Watersports Centre (3.5 miles), and try caving, climbing, abseiling at Devon Adventure (5.5 miles), with Dynamic Adventures CIC (12.5 miles) offering high ropes, archery and mountain biking.
