Cottage is in the perfect location for Brixham, tucked away round the back of the harbour with beautiful views from the top floor window. The cottage was cosy with the benefit of under floor heating which was a luxury! Rooms spacious with plenty of storage. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for a self catering holiday. With plentyRead more of shops, restaurants and takeaways right on your door step you can't not treat yourself to the local delicacies. Hide

The staircase is no good if you have small children, also the last few steps up to the cottage are very steep. I struggled with the last lap especially with a very excited dog. We knew there would be difficulty with parking and we had 2 cars coming from different locations. We were advised not long before we left of the arrangements, which was fineRead more. What we weren't advised about was the cost. This ended up costing us an additional 40 each which we hadn't budgeted for. Hide

A lovely cosy cottage, best suited to a couple as there is not a lot of 'living' space. Great location and beautiful views out to the harbour.

Lovely small quirky cottage to use as a base for your holiday. We hadnt appreciated the fitness level required to get to and from it though and also to load and unload belongings.

As a property owner with Holiday Cottages we make an effort to upgrade items when we can. Need to do the same for Griffin Cottage. Freshen up the internal paint work when the opportunity arises. Garden area could be tidied up to make that area more presentable.

This is a lovely cottage in a great location close to the harbour and with fantastic views out to sea. Brixham is a lovely place which feels unspoiled by being too touristy and combining a working fishing port, really fantastic!
