The cottage is very tastefully decorated, kitchen fully equipped, confortable bed and sofa. It was easy to find parking up the hill. Location is great to do lots of walks on the costal paths and surf around Woolacombe , Croyde and Saunton. The dog had a great time too.

Great location for South West Coast Path walks and nearby beaches. The cottage is homely, modern, well equipped and offers a comfortable place to chill after a long day out especially if the sun is shining on the terrace. A warm welcome was well received after our journey in the form of a hamper of local Devon produce. A lovely touch.

Very well furnished and fully equipped holiday cottage, we really enjoyed our holiday here. Lovely outdoor decking area. Only drawbacks were lack of parking - sometimes had to park quite a long way away - and a few very low lights that are a head-banging hazard for anyone approaching six foot tall! Braunton's shops and eateries exceeded expectationRead mores and the cottage was a short drive from great beaches at Croyde and others. Hide

Beautifully situated close to the coast with plenty of amenities in Braunton. Although there is no parking at the cottage we always found a parking space at the top of the road which did not require payment. The addition to the patio area in the garden is well thought out and a sun trap - when the sun appeared!!

Beautiful cottage in a great location. In the end we didnt take our dog, we would have struggled with her as there isnt any grass for her to go for a wee. We would have had to take her to the park around the corner.

Had a lovely stay, found its central location suited us, as other said was not a problem parking further up the road, we stayed August and still easily found a parking space. Although the cottage is in a good location to explore Devon, Somerset and Cornwall it is located on a noisy busy road. There is no parking and for 2 days I really struggled to park the car anywhere near the property. Although a dog can stay, you have to walk to the end of the road to find some grass as there is no garden.

Lovely cottage which lived up to our expectations. Everything was spotless and all amenities were provided. Great location minutes from shops, restaurants and bars. The new sun terrace is a great sun trap and lovely to enjoy a drink in the evening. Just a pity we couldnt use every day due to the weather. Well suited to a couple with a dog. Marked down location for lack of parking, though we were able to park within 2-3 minute walk most days. Otherwise location is fantastic so close to the centre of this fantastic village.
