A stylish coastal retreat within walking distance of the beach, with its very own hot tub. This fabulous property has been well furnished and equipped to provide a comfortable stay for the whole family. With two miles of golden sandy beach and amenities a short stroll away, it is a great base for any holiday. Located in the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which links to Northam Burrows Country Park. The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sand castles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafés, amusements, and a championship golf course.

Upon entering this unique reverse level house, the ground floor offers four stylish bedrooms; two doubles both with en-suite shower rooms and WC, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Of these, the master double boasts a Smart TV and French doors which lead out onto the rear garden. You will also find a cosy snug/garden room with patio doors into the garden with a Smart TV. The ground floor is completed by the spacious family bathroom with a bath, separate shower and WC. A large cupboard here also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Then, heading upstairs to the first floor, you will find the magnificent open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the perfect backdrop for planning your next days adventures. The facilities allow you to cook up a storm in the superb kitchen area, with an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The fabulous lounge area offers stylish soft furnishings, Smart TV and bi-folding doors so you can sit back and relax with your favourite programme, or simply soak up the views.

Venturing outside, you are spoilt for choice with a balcony and seating, truly perfect for al fresco dining and drinks on a summers evening. While, the front garden offers an open lawn area and additional side access, ideal for storing bikes/surfboards etc. Finally, the rear garden presents a lawn area, patio with seating and BBQ, as well as the luxurious, private hot tub for your indulgence. There is off-road parking at the property for two cars.

Lovely property our 2 families had a great time despite the weather. Great base for exploring north Devon, walking distance to shops, pubs, the beach and coastal path.

A lovely bright, spacious, well equipped, comfortable modern house which was perfect for the 3 generations of my family who stayed. A quiet snug to retreat to and a clean well maintained hot tub, which my two grandchildren loved and used daily were great features. Also, it has one of the best equipped kitchens of the properties we have rented. We have just got back from a weeks stay at this property and I can honestly say it is amazing. We loved every second of it. There is so much space, we have 4 kids and a baby between us and they had so much room to play and have fun. The owners were very helpful and friendly whenever we needed them. We absolutely loved our stay its a beautiful house and garden with plenty of space for the 9 of us and the hot tub was a great hit with all. Lovely location not far from the beach and the town. There's some lovely bars and places to eat in Westward Ho it's self. Also Mini golf, go karts and amusements to keep the children entertained on the seafronRead moret. We stayed for 4 nights and found the house very clean and had everything needed for our stay. Ideal for using as a base, if out and about, or using to live-in. Very close to the beach, close to the shops/restaurants, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.
