Located in the popular, beach resort of Westward Ho! and with breathtaking sea views from all four of its balconies, you will not find it difficult to relax into your holiday on the North Devon coast. The golden, sandy beach of Westward Ho! is the perfect place to sunbathe, swim or surf and at the end of a busy day, you can sit back, relax into your luxurious surroundings and breathe in that fresh sea air.

Tastefully decorated throughout, this spacious property is stylish and contemporary, yet comfortable and homely. On the lower-ground floor is a beautiful lounge/kitchen/diner, which in warmer months, can be extended further by opening the bi-fold doors to include the decking area. Its spectacular sea views, proximity to the kitchen and the BBQ make it perfect for al fresco dining. Upstairs, on the ground floor is another superb lounge, again with far-reaching views. Four restful bedrooms ensure a recharging night of sleep.

There is plenty to do in Westward Ho! itself, but for those wanting to venture further afield, North Devon has lots on offer. You can wander the South West Coast Path and discover hidden coves along the rugged coastline. The historic, market town of Bideford is 3 miles away with its range of shops and eateries or why not hire a bike and cycle along the Tarka Trail to Instow. For families, there are the award-winning attractions The BIG Sheep and The Milky Way, both within 9 miles.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Thank you both for our stay in your home, we all had a great time! A really lovely home with great views, everything we could possibly need, comfortable, relaxing and immaculately clean. Worth noting to others that there is one parking place in the garage (modern so decent size but probably not large enough for big SUVs) and another directly in froRead morent of the garage. Any other parking is down on the main road. Hide

Modern clean home with great views and great facilities. . plenty of the day to day kitchen stuff provided. 20 minutes walk into town. Main road can get very noisy/busy at peak times, so we were often woken earlier than we would of liked by the traffic. (Too warm to close the bedroom French doors) . The house has excellent views and the balconies make the most of these. Well equipped and comfortable, we had a great holiday. The location is great for walks into Westward Ho! and well placed for trips out to lovely North Devon.

This is a smart four storey town house, in a small estate of similar properties, about 20 minutes walk from the beach. Very nice views across Westward Ho! Bay from every floor and well equipped for a family holiday.
