A beautiful contemporary three storey townhouse built in 2020, conveniently located in the centre of Ilfracombe, a truly stunning base to explore the local area and see what Devon has to offer.

This two bedroom property sits in an elevated position in the centre of Ilfracombe. The bustling seafront has a selection of good quality restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops. You will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of golden sandy surfing beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde, Saunton and Westward Ho! For keen golfers, there are two golf courses within driving distance of the property. Slightly further afield is Exmoor, stunning and rugged, with many breath-taking walks and adventures to be had.

Heading into the three storey property you find the entrance hall with a separate WC with storage for your coats and boots. This leads into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner that's contemporary in style. The lounge area has comfy seating surrounding the Smart TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind in after a long day exploring. The dining area has a dining table and chairs with seating for four guests to sit and enjoy meals together. The kitchen area is equipped ready to cook up a storm, with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Stairs lead to the first floor to a super-king-size bedroom (which can be made into a a twin on request) with a smart TV and its own bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Up a further flight of stairs leads to the second floor with a king-size bedroom and a Smart TV, this also has its own separate shower room with shower and WC.

Stepping outside to the front of the property there is a small area with private seating. There is also a shared seating area nearby. The property has a dedicated parking space for one car at the front of the property. Roadside parking nearby (subject to availability) for additional cars.

This property is exactly as stated online. The only thing is you don't have to bring towels for bathrooms just beach towels. So much equipment and lovely welcome gift when arrived of chocolates and Prosecco which was very welcoming. Parking wasn't a problem. Easy reach of shops, either up the road and onto main High Street or down the road to Lidi Read moreand sea front. Nice places to eat and lovely coves to wander around. Hide

Absolutely beautifully presented house with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very convenient for the high street and sea front. Parking space is a real bonus! Great location to use as a base to explore further afield if you want, there are even local buses to nearby coastal villages if you prefer not to drive. The property was very well equipped and only lacking usb points and blackout / thermal curtains but apart from that it was perfect. The car parking spot is an essential in a sea side resort

Absolutely beautiful, made our stay so much better to have a gorgeous home to come back to. We had a very thoughtful welcome gift on our arrival, which was a lovely treat. Beds were so comfortable and everything you needed was there. Will definitely come back.

Location is spot on, less than a minute walk to the high street. Parking space is a must which was great. The house is next to a motor bike garage so some noise from that. The house is so spacious with lots of storage in the bedrooms for clothes, the kitchen had everything you need and the bathrooms are lovely with excellent showers. A beautiful modern house in the centre of ilfracombe . Ideally situated for the high street or harbour. Thankfully came with a parking space which as essential as mostly street parking in the town.
