This stylish yet traditional property nestles in an acre of land in the steep slopes overlooking the beautiful Exe Valley. This gem of a Barn is near one of the county’s most picturesque villages.

Set within stunning Devon countryside, this gorgeous barn conversion offers a magical getaway and is the perfect place to relax with your family, friends and the dogs, too.

Effortlessly stylish with exposed beams, traditional flooring and cabin-style decor, this wonderful property will be hard to leave. Head inside and take the steps down into the lounge. A generous space with beautiful beams, neutral palette and luxurious added extras, this is a fantastic place to gather together throughout the day. From here, take a step up into the spacious kitchen/diner. Well-equipped and attractively laid out, the kitchen area is also equipped with an Aga-style oven that includes a built-in electric module for convenience. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, including two super-kings and a twin, and a bathroom. For added fun, there is a selection of games.

In a quiet, rural area, the property is a haven of tranquillity. Make use of the garden furniture, BBQ and sun loungers, or don your walking boots and head out into the great outdoors. Thought to be the inspiration behind Simon and Garfunkel’s Bridge Over Troubled Water, Bickleigh Bridge is a 5-minute drive from the property and Bickleigh Mill, home to shops and eateries, is just under 2 miles away. The National Trust’s Killerton House is 8 miles away and also well worth a visit.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Lovely hot showers & luxurious bath. Very comfortable stay here. Nice pub in walking distance the Fishermans Cot. Nice walks. Pleasure to walk past beautiful Bickleigh Castle everyday. Warm welcome & cream tea from the owner. Thank you.
