On entering this charming property, you will find yourself in the bright and attractive open-plan lounge/diner. With ample seating, TV and DVD, the welcoming and airy lounge is an ideal spot for relaxation. The attractive and light dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal, and also opens out onto the decked area. Moving into the elegant kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and breakfast bar. The washing machine is located in the utility room, and there is also a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower and WC accessed from the utility room. Exploring further, you will find two comfortable bedrooms on the ground floor, both with TV/DVD: a double room and a twin room.
