This spacious bungalow sits in this peaceful village location and provides a great base for exploring North Devon and Cornwall, and with many beaches and attractions close by.

Set in a traditional village location in an unspoilt part of Devon where you can enjoy countryside walks or cycle rides from your doorstep, including the Tarka Trail which is close by. Within a short drive you can find the family attractions at The Big Sheep, Milky Way, World of Wonder at Affinity Devon and Air Extreme Trampoline Park. Nearby you can visit RHS Rosemoor Gardens and the historic Cavalier market town of Great Torrington, home to Dartington Crystal. The coastline is only a short drive away, where you choose between the wide sandy beaches of Westward Ho! and Saunton Sands, the spectacular cliffs above Bideford Bay, Hartland Quay, the many tiny coves or the cobbled, harbourside village of Clovelly.

Stepping into this spacious bungalow it immediately offers a comfortable and welcoming holiday home, entering the hallway a stylish bathroom is on your right with storage, bath with shower over and WC. The kitchen/diner is then further on with a well fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, and dishwasher, a good size table and chairs allows everyone to sit and eat together and the adjacent utility room houses a fridge freezer and washing machine. The spacious lounge has a large Smart TV, comfy seating and a wood burner. French doors open out onto the raised terrace and overlooks the lawn garden with giant jenga and Connect 4 as well as superb countryside views. this room is a great place to relax after a day’s exploring. Heading back through the hallway there are three bedrooms, one king-size with en-suite shower and WC, one double and lastly a twin room with TV.

Heading outside there is a raised patio area with garden furniture and around the corner a small bistro table and chairs offer a small private spot to sit and enjoy a glass of something bubbly. The patio leads down a couple of steps to a good size lawn area with charcoal BBQ. A great pace to enjoy some quality time. There is allocated off road parking for two cars on the drive and additional cars can park roadside nearby.

What a find!! This is a beautiful, spacious bungalow which has been so well maintained. Stayed over New Year, due to a number of storms during this period, weather was challenging. Expectations for us were, quiet, relaxing break to re-charge, the bungalow delivered on every aspect, warm, clean, quality furnishings towels and bedding. Had a great stay at Jarosa. The bungalow is located in a great location to visit different parts of North Devon. The property is well equipped with air fryer and slow cooker and all other items you may require. Jenny is a lovely host who, obviously takes pride in the standards she maintains. Beautiful garden with countryside views tucked away in a small Devon village. We visited many places (Rosemoor, Bideford, Barnstaple, Killerton, Finch Foundry, Cyston Mill, Croyde & Merry Harriers Garden Center, all within 1 hours travel.

What a fabulous place! Had an amazing time. Our only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. The property had everything a family could need, it was very clean and tidy and felt like a home not a rental. We was welcomed with Cream Tea with Prosecco, which was delicious.

We had a lovely stay at Jarosa thank you. Lovely quiet village with good access by road to beaches etc. House very well equipped, lovely kitchen and lounge, very comfortable beds etc. We loved the garden and sitting out on the patio on an evening. Thank you for the cream tea, it was much appreciated. Would highly recommend Jarosa.

We had a wonderful week staying here. It was clean, well equipped and very spacious . We looked forward to returning after a day sightseeing, and having a glass of wine on the patio. It had a good sized outdoor area and was very dog friendly. For us as a family we prefer to be in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Great Cottage with plenty to do. Its was are second visit and Im sure we will be back. The owners are next door and very friendly and willing to help with anything. You want go far wrong with this little gem.

Beautiful bungalow with lovely field views and a super patio to sit and enjoy them from! Jenny and Geoff were wonderful hosts (they live next door) who went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely stay. Langtree is a small village with no shop or pub so you need to drive for any days out, shopping etc. There is a dog walk nr the football pitch aRead morend a children's playground. Fantastic weekend away with our dogs at this spacious bungalow. Scones jam cream and prosecco awaited us... a very nice idea... Thankyou x Garden fully enclosed which was fab... A wonderfully comfortable bungalow with everything provided. A lovely cream tea and bottle on arrival was very much appreciated. It was home from home and faultless. We do hope that future guests treat it with the care and respect it deserves. We will be coming back very soon if you'll have us.

Returned home reluctantly on Friday, the house, garden and surrounding areas were all stunning. Jenny and Geoff made us feel very welcome and were always on hand. Jarosa is a gem, a home from home, so welcoming and comfortable. There is everything you need. The garden was a great safe place for the children and dog to play in. There is also a purpose made dog walk in the village and a lovely park for the children. None of us wanted to leave. We will definitely be going back.
