The cottage was excellent - both comfortable and well appointed - but the location is truly stunning. The river walks are fabulous and the weather was so good that swimming in the river was a great way to cool down. We made much use of the hot tub, which was in a lovely closed off area with good outdoor seating. We shall go again!

Our only gripe is not being able to arrive before 4.30. After a long journey, the last thing you want to do is drive around the countryside trying to pass the day away. That aside, it was the perfect place to unwind and forget about everything else in life.
