Please note the first floor has sloping ceilings. The property has a pretty, enclosed rear garden with a patio and a small orchard, where you can enjoy an al fresco meal or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the tranquil countryside.
The area surrounding the cottage is fantastic for keen walkers and cyclists, with the Tarka Trail nearby, and Exmoor National Park (10 miles) within easy reach, offering miles of rugged landscapes and breathtaking walks. The picturesque village of Swimbridge is nearby (2 miles) or you can head into the popular market town of Barnstaple (4.5 miles) which has a choice of restaurants, shops and pubs. Towards the stunning North Devon coast, you will find glorious sandy beaches at Westward Ho! (14 miles) and Instow (13 miles).
