To the left of the hallway on entering the property, guests will find the light and airy lounge infused with nude pink tones that allows light to flourish through the large windows looking out into the garden. The lounge features a TV/DVD, comfortable furnishings and an electric fire. Leading off this area is the open-plan kitchen/dining area, which seats four and provides a spacious, homely space that’s ideal for home cooking. Still on this level of the property is the twin bedroom, shower room with WC and the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs is the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom with WC.

Something you might not expect here, the Virtual Jet Centre 6 miles north of the property is a unique day out, offering flying courses and ultra-realistic flight simulations that will have guests enthralled and inspired. 8 miles south is a different experience altogether at Buckfast Butterfly Farm and Otter Sanctuary – a friendly, kind and caring environment filled with beautiful creatures and staff that really care for the animals. If you are looking for peace and tranquillity, Little Broadhams is the place to stay. A warm, comfortable home, fully equipped with everything you need, even an umbrella and torches. There is a lovely garden in which to relax. The location is perfect for long, or short, country walks but is also close to the A38 giving easy access to both Dartmoor Read moreand the coastal towns. We had a lovely relaxing stay at Little Broadhams. The location was in peaceful countryside but within easy distance from shops, beaches and Dartmoor. The house was fully equipped and comfortable with the added bonus of welcoming dogs! The owners are lovely and very accommodating. A great place with everything you need to base your self in this beautiful area of Devon . The house was just great with everything you needed . It was very clean , warm and the beds were warm and cosy . The garden was great with loads of space for our dog to run around . The cottage was lovely, clean and nothing was too much trouble for the owner. We had family over and their was plenty of room. We arrived to a welcome basket and flowers which really surprised us. We will be booking again as an ideal location for us to spend time with our family in the area. Sarah also let us know where we could take our dog to a dRead moreog friendly beach which she loved. The location of the cottage is great, peaceful and convenient. The cottage itself was very tired and needs a major refurbishment . The beds were very uncomfortable particularly the twin beds and on inspection they had open springs with a mattress on top and could have been from the 1940s!

This is the 2nd time staying here and we will be looking to book again next year. The cottage is perfect for us (3 adults, 2 dogs) with plenty of space. It has everything you need in the well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The large garden is lovely and very well kept and has geese, ducks and chickens at the bottom. Loved the hosts as very friendly and happy to chat and advise on walks etc but never intrusive. It was an insight into how a small holding works, and was so relaxing to be in such an environment surrounded by nature. Absolutely loved it. The lane to the cottage is extremely tight but you do get used to it

The Cottage is wonderful. The Hosts friendly and informative, but not at all intrusive or pushy. The location is idyllic and so peaceful. So much to see and to do, however with a lovely cosy cottage to return home to, when the day is done!

The cottage is set in peaceful rural surroundings, is well maintained and contains a high level of equipment. The private garden is large and great for both children and dogs, while the owners are very friendly and helpful. A holiday here is definitely a five-star experience in every sense.

This is a lovely holiday home in a secluded location on the edge of Dartmoor. The cottage, attached to the owners' house, is extremely well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. There is complete privacy and private parking. The owners look after horses, geese, ducks and chickens which make this an ideal place for children on a family holiday. We had a great week at this lovely cottage. Made to feel very welcome on arrival and the hosts were on hand to give some great advice about the best places to visit. Location wise it is ideal, set in beautiful countryside on the edge of Dartmoor yet just a short drive to Newton Abbot or Ashburton and attractions such as Buckfast Abbey. We had a really lovely 5 days at Little Broadhams. The cottage is in a very peaceful location, but with easy access to many attractions and places of interest. Lovely cottage in a great location with wonderful hosts. We had a lovely week in the cottage. It is nicely tucked away in a quiet location and is very well equipped. Our little one loved the animals and the trampoline. We found the cottage very comfortable and warm. It was a great base for exploring all South Devon has to offer.

Lovely cottage, clean and well equipped. Beautiful secluded setting, but easy access to the main routes - so really is the best of both worlds. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and provided us with lots of recommendations for places to visit.
