Set in a courtyard of nine cottages, this property is the perfect base for families, being close to the two miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! If your idea of a holiday is a relaxed pace of life, stunning beaches, quaint villages, unparalleled scenery and exciting water sports, then North Devon is the place for you. The area boasts 180 miles of walking and cycle paths known as the Tarka Trail, which meanders through some of the best scenery in the country. Family attractions in the area include The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. A little further afield is the unique village of Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor and the wonderful Exmoor National Park.

This two-storey cottage is set within the main courtyard of the complex with views across the front lawn. Inside there is a spacious lounge with TV/DVD. Cook a light lunch or evening meal in the kitchen which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A dining table with seating allows you to dine comfortably. After a day's exploring the area or swimming in the outdoor heated pool retire to one of the two bedrooms 1 double room or a bright twin bedroom. The accommodation is completed by a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside you can relax in the shared BBQ area with picnic tables and garden chairs. The cottage is part of a complex of properties which share the outdoor 40ft swimming pool with seating, which is heated through the main summer months (from the last May Bank Holiday week until the 1st September only). There is also a communal children’s play area, with swings, slides, football goal posts and swing ball set. (bats and football provided). There is also a shared utility room with coin operated commercial washing machines and tumble dryer. Surrounding the complex are 15 acres of working farmland with access to public footpaths where you can walk the dog (on lead due to cattle) or just simply admire the stunning countryside and coastline.

Car parking space is allocated.

Please note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times while on site.

It was perfect holiday cottage in beautiful country side. 5 mins drive to beach. House was well equipped with everything you need for long holiday. Host was very helpful with all the information and additional requests. I would definitely recommend this place.

This accommodation is truly lovely both inside and out. The rooms are pristine but comfortably furnished with everything you cold possibly need. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and so well maintained with a peacock strutting about with chicks. Also geese, chicken and ducks. The pool area is wonderful and so clean. Dogs will have a great time Read morein the paddock and BBQs are perfectly catered for. The only minus is that the nearest pub is a two mile drive and not within walking distance. Hide

We stayed for a week in Ash Corrage (sometimes called Loganberry). It was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The site has a fabulous swimming pool that we enjoyed on the hot days and the owners were really welcoming and helpful. The fresh chicken eggs from their chickens were delicious! A lovely stay - thank you!

Lovely safe place, in a good location, friendly family run with good facilities and lots of child friendly activities in the local area. We were in a 2 bed cottage, Loganberry cottage with 2 young children. Downsides were that the bedrooms were tight enough for space and the pool could have been warmer, otherwise all good.

Lovely comfortable cozy cottage , we really enjoyed our short stay , wish I had booked for longer , would have been perfect if has been a bit closer to walk into westward ho , as there was nothing around and in the middle of no where , very peaceful tho , I would stay again without hesitation

Fabulous stay(had trouble finding it as all the communications were referring to Loganberry). The cottage has been redecorated since the photos were taken with new kitchen and bathroom and a lick of paint. New furniture too. Beds were very comfy as was the sofa. Lovely cottage within beautiful setting. Recently updated I believe, with homely touches and decore. Would definitely recommend staying here and little touches to welcome you are very much appreciated. The pool area is beautiful and much bigger than I thought it would be.
