This tastefully converted barn refurbished in 2018 offers a superb holiday home with enclosed garden and hot tub ideal for a friends or family getaway, close to a peaceful village with village pub.

Situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Littleham, this property is within cycling distance of the local pub. A short drive will bring you to the Little White Town of Bideford, which boasts a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to explore during your stay. The North Devon coastline, also a short drive from the property, offers something for everyone. While walkers should take to the South West Coast Path above, surfers, sunbathers and sandcastle makers will be spoilt for choice on the sandy beaches below. The pretty fishing villages of Instow and Appledore are both close by, other popular attractions such as the Tarka Trail, Tapeley Park, Hartland Abbey, Clovelly and RHS Rosemoor Gardens all lie within easy reach.

This stylish accommodation is single storey and feels spacious and welcoming. Entering the property, you are greeted by a stylish kitchen with a slate floor, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, and a door leading through to the dining room, great for family meals. The lounge looks out over the garden and beyond onto open fields, there is a feature stone fireplace that houses the wood burner, ideal for chilly evenings and the comfy sofas beckon you to sit and relax, and maybe watch your favourite TV programme or movie on the Smart TV/DVD. Patio doors also lead out to the garden. The master bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) this room also has an en-suite shower room and WC. And the last two bedrooms are spacious singles, there are two steps up from the hallway to the single bedrooms. The bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower over bath and WC.

Step outside from the kitchen or the lounge area to enjoy space in the garden. Relax on the garden furniture, prepare a charcoal BBQ or enjoy the warm bubbles of the hot tub. There is ample off-road parking available for three cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Ideal accommodation with all mod cons. Really nicely furnished and equipped. Gated property with plenty of safe parking. Lots of enclosed land around the house for dog to potter about. Quiet area with only birds and cows to listen to. You need a car for this place just outs. Don't bother with the local pub if you have a pooch - as it doesn't allow Read moredogs. (It's also too far to walk realistically on narrow lanes). Loved the hot tub. Left to get on with it by the owner - which is what you want. Hide
