The cottage was lovely. It was comfortable and well equipped, everything you could want. The welcome pack of eggs, milk and really tasty homemade marmalade was a lovely addition. The cottage is in a lovely quiet location but not to far from the coast and other attractions in this part of Devon. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful cottage. In the peaceful countryside. A home from home. Lovely views and the location was ideal for you to explore Devon. Lots of pubs, restaurants and takeaways a very short drive away, so if you didn't want to cook there was something for everyone.

What a great stay. The accommodation is attached to the owners property but there is still a lot of privacy. Super clean and the welcome gifts were a very nice touch. Would recommend.

Really as seen in photos which is so refreshing! Generally well-stocked. Caroline was a great host with the right balance between checking we were OK and giving us privacy. Fresh milk, eggs and homemade marmalade on arrival was a lovely touch. Very quiet and peaceful meaning we slept well.

Lovely cottage, well equipped and spacious. In a wonderfully quiet location with a pub a 20min stroll away or the village just a little further for another pub, Indian restaurant and a convenience shop. Brilliant location for driving out to different places, such as Sidmouth, Exmouth, Beer and lots more

A roomy, sunny, private and quiet place to spend a week or two. We bought fish from the local fishing boats and ate in every night and cycled everywhere it was possible to go. Lovely holiday.

The property is very well appointed and it is clear that the owners have taken the time and care to make it a home from home. Welcomed on arrival and the owner gave us some good information on the local area. The lounge with views across the countryside added to the relaxed feel even with some atrocious May weather! It is set in a lovely location aRead morend you feel that you are pleasantly miles from anywhere. The convenience of a supermarket etc though are only a 10-15 minute drive away. Hide

Lovely, clean and well appointed cottage. The owner lives adjacent but respected our privacy but was also on hand to help out if needed. Complementary milk and homemade marmalade on arrival which was a nice touch. Slightly remote but as a consequence quiet and private.

Very nice location overlooking the field with sheep in. A decent patio for drinks but rather too cold for us to take advantage of. The furnishing were of very good quality and the bed was very comfortable.
