Bude boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, craft shops and a choice of three sandy beaches. The north coast of Cornwall and Devon is renowned for its rugged coastline and picturesque fishing villages including Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Many family attractions are within driving distance including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Trethorne Leisure Park or, if you wanted to stay more local, why not try your hand at clay pigeon shooting or explore Tamar Lakes with its wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

On entering this magnificent property you will find yourself in the sumptuous first lounge, complete with open fire, TV/DVD. Exploring further you will find a comfy second lounge area with TV/DVD/PS4 and French doors leading out into the garden. You will also discover a wonderful conservatory which takes full advantage of the views and has Gothic style windows and seating for 10, making it ideal for a big occasion. Stepping into the spacious and elegant kitchen/diner, you will find this stylish space has everything you may need including granite worktops, integrated appliances, double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oil fired Aga and island unit with pull-out larder racks and integrated speakers for stereo system. Also on the ground floor you will find the dining area, a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink and plenty of room for boots, wetsuits etc. There is also a separate WC downstairs. There are five comfortable bedrooms in the property. Heading up to the first floor you will find a king-size bedroom with TV, dressing room and en-suite shower room with WC, a double bedroom with TV and a second double bedroom. The first-floor bathroom includes a separate shower and WC. Moving up to the second floor, there are two further bedrooms: one king-size with TV, and a twin with TV. There is also a second-floor shower room, with WC.

Heading outside you will find a delightful patio area with garden furniture, a brand new hot tub and gas BBQ, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. There is a play area for kids, including wooden playhouse, trampoline and swings. The garden is large and enclosed, making it ideal for dogs.

100% recommend for a beautiful home that the whole family will enjoy! There was so much space in and around the house, the beds were very comfortable, everywhere was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had all the equipment you could think of! Highly recommend this cottage. Cosy, comfortable and spacious. Suits all ages 5 - 65. The whole family enjoyed it. Would definitely come back.

The house was incredible! It was the perfect size for a large family with plenty of space for the kids to roam around. Loved staying at Lower Ossington. Beautiful house, stunning scenery, owners were friendly but not intrusive.Dog friendly house and gardens.All secure for dogs and young children.Great hot tub which was used extensively by the whole family, age ranges between 7 - 84. We were 5 adults and 4 children. This house was perfect with plenty of outside space for the children to run around. Everything we needed was provided. The downstairs area was very spacious and the bedrooms were all large and comfortable. We would love to return again.

We were a group of 5 adult couples and to be able to sleep us all in beds is often a difficult find, needing some sort of compromise. But no compromises here. The property was warm and cosy during our late November stay. Its well located, with Boscastle, Tintagel, Looe, Polperro and Padstow visited on our days out.

The property itself is fantastic lots of space, our grandsons loved the garden and all the animals on the farm, we even had a visit from Ronnie and reggie the 2 goats who loved being petted by everyone. Excellent setting, amenities. Everything you need was there. Even if you wanted to stay in, full Sky TV package available. Hosts were very friendly and nothing to much bother. Would truly like to return again. Best accomodation our family has stayed in.

This is a beautiful house which is great for families. The decor is lovely, the beds are extremely comfortable and we loved the dressing room in the master bedroom. The garden is great for kids and the hot tub is a bonus. Great location near beaches. Would highly recommend this house!

We are one big family , grandparents, sons , daughter in laws and five young grandchildren, the house was perfect inside and outside for all ages . Comfy beds , great space , so never felt on top of each other and the garden was flat with so much playing room and the hot tub was such a treat .
