Beautiful barn and was very spacious at maximum capacity. The hot tub and games rooms were a great addition and the owners were very friendly making sure we were settled in but also giving us privacy throughout the whole stay.

We booked the barn for our whole family following a cancellation the year before due to Covid. It's the first time we've ever all stayed together and it was very special. Very well equipped, lovely and cosy and warm! Lots of room for the grandchildren to play too. The hot tub is a great addition as was the games room. Great to have towels provided Read moretoo. Although right next door to the owner's property, felt very private and although a working farm, very little noise. We would love to return !! Hide

The barn space for our party of 8 adults 6 children worked well and we all fully enjoyed our holiday. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we all enjoyed seeing the cows coming and going from the fields into the milking parlour.

The barn was well spaced for three generations of our family ( twelve of us. ) to thoroughly enjoy a weeks stay at Lympscott Farm. In a very quiet location, with an enormous dark sky at night to clearly see the Milky Way galaxy. We enjoyed seeing the cows being milked, the games room - especially the running machine!! The across the fields walk to Read morethe Tama Lake. Very enjoyable. Beautiful beaches, pubs and other activities within easy reach. Would recommend. Hide

Nicely constructed barn conversion at the heart of a working diary farm. Rural isolation. Owners on site and always helpful and friendly, offering the children a chance to see the cows being milked in the dairy. The main accommodation is light, spacious and nicely furnished. 6 bedrooms, of which 4 en-suite. The bedrooms are quite small, and we founRead mored the mattresses too soft. The hot tub is fine, and the separate games room is well equipped. Works well for 8-10, but tight for a max of 14. Hide

Lympscott Barn is a wonderful place to stay with everything you could ask for. The perfect place for our big birthday celebrations, spacious and stylish with games room/gym, bbq and hot tub a bonus. Beautiful surroundings of the countryside and farm and friendly owners too.
