The second lounge also has an open fire with TV/DVD/Xbox as well as a baby grand piano. Both lounges have french doors leading out onto a balcony providing wonderful views of the sea and local woodland. Heading up the grand staircase to the first floor you will find the first two of the ten bedrooms. On this floor are two en-suite rooms, one double and one twin which can be made up as a king-sized bed. On the second floor you will find five further bedrooms, four of which are ensuite, the other one having a shower only. These include a four-poster king bedroom, two double rooms and two further twin rooms which can be made up as king-sized beds. What a wonderful place to celebrate a special birthday! The views are amazing, there is lots to do nearby and the house is magnificent. The kitchen is really well equipped and it was great to have such a big dining table. Lynhurst is a truly lovely well equipped house in a spectacular spot and accommodated our group very well. The bedrooms and bedlinen were lovely and everywhere was spotless. There were a few issues with the heating though which hopefully will be addressed in time for the next occupants.

The house was better than any of us imagined, we were a family group with 4 dogs. The views from the house were amazing and so dog friendly, the kitchen was well stocked and we were so lucky with the weather we used the 2 BBQ. All the bedrooms were clean comfy and airy. The only downside was we had to go home

This is a very lovely place... the views in any weather, are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, there's a well appointed kitchen with plenty of equipment... getting in, the instructions and recommendations of local places to go etc - were all spot on, concise and useful. It's quiet here too and very beautiful all round.

Everything was great, super facilities, well equipped kitchen plus lovely, generous welcome hamper. Dont worry too much about the fact that the car park is away from the house, the arrival and departure with bags etc, although a little challenging, is well worth it for the spacious property and super views.
